"I bought these boots in a size 6 and unfortunately they were too big, so I had to return them, which was no problem at all. The half size down in the same style was unavailable. I called the Redditch branch and spoke to a gentleman for advice. He was so courteous and helpful. I knew a whole size down might be too small, but decided to buy size 5 anyway, as I love the boots and the fact that they are vegan and the quality is also very good. They are a good fit, although they would definitely be too snug with thick tights or socks! They are also just right for my skinny legs! I highly recommend Humphries. The service, delivery and packaging were all excellent."
