"I have been wearing Anatomic model 4527 for about 10 years, but my 2 old pairs have now nearly worn out. Hence the purchase of some new ones. The new ones seem to be the same but they are very tight, and they do not seem to be such a wide fitting. Hopefully they will stretch a bit. Thanks "
