"Excellent customer service in all respects!. I had been looking for a smart pair of plain black knee high boots (without buckles etc!) for 2 yrs. Came across Humphries whilst browsing prior to Xmas. Price was cheaper than Clarks and anywhere else both in store and online!. I did have a manufacturer issue with the first pair of boots received . However, I spoke to Laura who was so very helpful and understanding. She arranged to pull in a replacement pair from another branch and have them shipped out to me immediately and agreed to honour the postage on the second payment. 2nd pair arrived promptly and were perfect. First pair were returned and I promptly received my refund. I will have no hesitation in using Humphries again and will definitely be recommending them to friends.. Just wish I lived nearer to the store. Thank you and well done! "
