"Excellent shoe. I have worn this style for years for work. However, they used to have a leather insole. I noticed I was getting problems with foot pain and hot feet on long shifts at work. I purchased some Ecco premium leather insoles and the change was almost immediate. So glad as these shoes are perfect for my work."
